Apostle Fredrick Simiyu Dome was born in 1967. He was in a Roman Catholic family of 11 children- 9 girls and 3 boys. He joined Salvation Army school of Theology in 1994 –1996. 1997 Bible league and I am International Diploma . In 2007, he did Diploma course in Bible speaks ( The Voice of Prophecy International Radio Broadcast and bible school. He taught in Kewa primary School as a pioneer head teacher in 1988-1990. in 1990 –1992 he started Naitiri Girls Secondary school and taught for two years. While in Salvation Army, he taught and did a lot of survey in the Bible especially Baptism which to him contrary to the church doctrine. In 1997 he joined World Revival and salvation ministries as a deacon. He was promoted to an Overseer. Apostle Fredrick Simiyu Dome is the founder /Director of father’s Heart Gospel Ministries founded in 2003. He is hoping to reach millions of people through radio programmes. Many churches have been reached through Apostolic church planting. Apostle Fredrick Simiyu Dome is a chairman of Makhonge Pastors fellowship Group which has over 22 members and still growing. Apostle Fredrick was ordained as an Apostle on 12/8/2007 by Apostle Peter Whitehouse. Fredrick Simiyu Dome  has been married to Benedeta Nasimiyu for 18 years. God has blessed them with 5 children , 3 boys and 2 girls and 3 grandchildren.

Vision 

Apostle Fredrick Simiyu Dome has a vision of teaching the world through Bible schools, orphanage homes, clinics and hospitals.

Promote love and unity

Planting of churches through crusades, seminars, revivals and conferences.
