WHAT IS CHRIST GOSPEL MINISTRY?
It’s a revelation ministry our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. This ministry was founded by Apostle James Wafula Wele for the glory of God and was registered in 1990 in Kenya as a ministry society.
Its primary purpose is to preach the gospel from Kenya, Africa to the world. To establish church fellowship toward high moral of the changed society. Its missions are to plant churches, care of orphaned children, schools and train pastor, evangelist, elders, women and youth. By sending them to pastoral theological college and by seminars, conferences and crusades at least four times a year. Every April, August, November and December.
We kindly welcome bible college teachers, church builders, and business people all over the world to support us.
We are self sponsored to support our church's activities by collecting tithes, offerings and special offerings to missions headquarter at Sirende Kitale town Kenya, East Africa. 30% of local church is pastors’ support while mission receives 10%. All staff officials are volunteers but we pay them with a little allowance.
Our missions outreach strategy has been of the gift of ministry, leadership influence. Also gifted by the evangelist and apostolic without knowing, God helped us to open 38 churches in Kenya. Because of these Godly achievements I was invited by the Calvary Pentecostal and United Christian Church where I received training of leadership in USA in 1988.
Apostle James Wafula Wele was born in 1938. Born again 1964, joined bible school at Pentecostal fellowship of Africa for 3 years. Graduated with a diploma in theological studies. Married at youth age 1958 to Ester Nafula Wafula, blessed with 10 children, one passed away of my children ordained as reverends in 1972. 2 are in fulltime church ministries ordained as Bishop 1980, consecrated Bishop 1988 at United Christian Church USA.

Greetings in Jesus’ holy name .I am writing with a heavy heart and grief with many lives lost here. People women and children are being killed daily as may be you have heard from the media. After the general election almost two weeks ago we have had tribal clashes that have left houses burnt, properties destroyed and people internally displaced. My two churches were burnt down in the mountain and the members lost everything they had. Fighting has continued and more lives are lost daily.
We have established a relief centre at Pastor Simon’s church where we have 420 people and children.12 children all below 10 years are here without parents. We don’t know if they are alive or dead because everyone was running for life. One woman with a baby cannot locate her 7 children and husband. It is very painful to hear some of the stories.
We are appealing to you for prayer and assistance because they need food, blankets, mattresses, mosquito nets, etc. Your timely help will help to save lives here for these humble souls.
