“And of the children of Isaac which were men that had understanding of times, to know what Israel ought to do: the heads from where two hundred: and all their brethren were at their command”. (1st chronicles 12:32). “Good understanding give favour but the way of transgressors is hard” (proverbs 3:15)
In every generation God raises people of his own, for his own glory & honor (1st Peter 2:9, Isaiah 43:21) God has his own way of doing things. His ways are higher than our ways because they are the highways of life. It takes understanding of God’s ways to become an outstanding (smart) on earth as Daniel was in his days. Although the whole world lies in wickedness (1st John 5:19), God always remembers His covenant and His characteristics are manifested in love, kindness & mercifulness and spares the righteous Malachi 3:16-17, 4:1-3, He always sets apart His chosen jewels for preservation that they may not be destroyed with the wicked world.
There are always a people God sets aside with a mark of distinction. They have secured a destiny in which they keep on that they keep on rejoicing in a habitable place in the midst of crisis and disaster /calamity someone said, “in every desert of crisis God always provides an oasis for His beloved ones (Proverbs 8:31 & Acts 20:32), God is always moved with mercy and compassion whenever he beholds down the earth, only to see that the people he was set for honor and attraction, perishing (stripped off honor & dignity) and languishing in shame and reproach, (Isaiah 5:13, Hosea 4:16)
As it is part and parcel of this ministry God never settles down for self consolation of self pity to watch us crumble. He is always set for excellence, joy and fulfillment in His saints. He wants to get to every shortcomings and perfections in man’s redemption by divine agenda of taking us back to the original Garden of Eden. He is set to touch our lives and establish us as super stars (Jer.33: 6-10 & Isaiah 60:15). He said He is not going to be at rest until He sees to it that every strange planting of the enemy is done away with (uprooted & eradicated) Isaiah 62 & Joel 24-27 in our lives. For our release God has sent agents that He is going to use to execute His divine counsel for our destinies (Isaiah 46:10-11). He says that He is going majority use the ministry of prophets and apostles in this end time (Ephesians 3:1-6). Since the day your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily raising up early and sending them (Jer. 7:25)
As real as the confusion crisis and disaster is prevailing in the present world so much more real is the safety of God for His chosen beloved ones. As He sent Noah so also this time around He has sent His servants for preserving our entire generation.
“ I have also spoken by the prophets and have multiplied visions and used similitude’s by the ministry of prophets. And by a prophet the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt and by a prophet He was preserved “ (Hosea 10:12-13). Friends God promises in Isaiah 65:8 that He is not going to wipe away all humanity. Roll down the line as we begin to digest the divine counsel He sent his servant of this commission.
“On 6th May 1998 I had a divine encounter with God. I had just cycled from lunch hour fellowship to the church office of World Mission Agency Kisumu branch carrying tapes and books for sale for the ministry. By this time l was just an auxiliary staff member of the ministry. As l arrived at the offices l decided l should relax under a shade of a tree as l wait for the arrival of pastors and other members of the staff whom l had left in town for different assignments. As my custom was engage in deep praise and worship just to talk to God for securing me glorious destiny, the praise and worship chariot ushered me in another realm of the Spirit world.”
“I saw a woman in a brown dress and a brown scarf on the head trying to chase birds from eating millet that was ready to be harvested. She tried so hard but she seemed not to prevail. Then a voice sounded in my hearing and said” I have heard the cry of my people. Many are in the valley of indecision for their destinies. It is a high time to arise and preserve them. Rush in and preserve them. Tell them that l am committed to their welfare if they only turn to find out what is in my mind for them”
“After this moment of encounter l knew it was the voice of God. I rose up and blessed the Lord. Eventually l went in God’s word for confirmation and backing of the scriptures He gave me over the scene, which practically remained in my sight up to now (Jer.29 11-14, Isaiah 31:5 Acts 20 28:32, Joel 3:13-14, Hosea 2:17, Rev 12-14)
“On 31st December 1999 l was tired of my entire life. A friend of mine invited me to a breakthrough night in their church in Nairobi where l had gone to secure my destiny. After a clear understanding of proverbs 23:18. I had been tired and curious of what God had for me in destiny. The Lord told me that since my childhood He had ordained me for light to the Nations bearing His name (Psalms 2:7-9). On 9th March 2000 during the praise and worship at the World Mission Agency Nairobi He opened my eyes to see the great assignment that l was to carry in my generation. I traced it from Isaiah 49, Psalms 2:7-9 He reminded me of the encounter l had in Kisumu. All these moment l had gotten a job with a certain company as l trained in Bible school and other practical preparation for the ministry”.
“On 8th August 2001 the Lord told me to begin to prepare to go and enter the first phase of the entire assignment” says Apostle Joseph Kato. Analysis done up with this assignment.
The official approach commissioning of the entire assignment took off on 9th March 2003 in a Prophetic onslaught in Kakamega City. Conducted by Pastor Israel Olushore from Nigeria of World Mission Agency – Kisumu.
The Ministry can be defined as manifold commission as follows: -
§ Church Planting – Congregations and shepherds
§ Missions – Sending missionaries for outreach missions.
§ Enlightenment – Researching out with publication & library.
§ Training – equipping potential men & women in their destinies.
§ Welfare – reaching the suffering humanity for preservation.
This is where by Divine direction missionaries shall be sent out on missions. It shall work hand in hand with church planting. They shall be as agents of God for release (Ezra 5:2, Isaiah 8: 10 – 11). They shall on major errands of the entire ministry they go on executing God’s divine counsel on humanity. The church arm is called Wonders’ Embassy derived from Isaiah 8:18, Psalms 71:7, Cor. 5:2. Therefore we are Ambassadors for Christ who are signs and wonders in the land, and who dwell in an Embassy of God. The shepherds shall be pastors ordained according to God’s heart in Jeremiah 3:15. God is saying that he will be sending gospel ambassadors to bear his name abroad (Zech. 1:17 – cities of refuge).
2. THE TRAINING ARM.
This shall consist of Shekinah School of Ministry and Worldwide Light Bible Institute.
a) WORLDWIDE LIGHT BIBLE INSTITUTE (WOLBI)
Shall be Christian Institute with a difference. It shall cater for enlightment for a Christians from all walks of life. It is set to raise men and women of great impact & exploits in our generation. It delivers practical Christian teachings in all human areas of endeavours. Those who graduate from WOLBI Certificate level range from maids and servants, school students business executives etc to ministers of the gospel. Special dedicated intensive courses are also offered in Diploma and Degree levels for ministers of the gospel and other leaders in the society.
b) SHEKINAH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (SSM)
This shall come up occasionally to update the growth of ministries. It comprises all international lectures (ministers) endued with first hand of the knowledge of God’s word from other anointed ministries come to minister and to be ministered to. These are people who have something in common with the entire vision and share the same bible covenant faith. It shall be coupled with diverse divine encounters for effecting in their callings.
3. WELFARE ARM
This is a community initiative programme.
This is an arm that shall deal with the suffering humanity for preservation. Men and Women who understand the mystery of this covenant are committed to the Excellency and efficiency of the entire project through donations. It shall offer creativity groups for enhancing of development of humanity. 294 club is a welfare from Job 29:4-19 it carries secrets of divine prosperity of reaching out to the children through orphanages, street children, widows, hungry, war –raged areas with total God’s love and welfare to the perishing. The club shall be made up of contributions, donations and welfare offerings by the church to fund it. There are creativity groups for empowering the youths with workshop skills through trainings in all areas of human endeavours. It shall offer loans and grants to boost the committed stewards for their high quality production in their enterprises. (Enhancing work ethics).
This is a publishing and outreach arm that is set in place for the gospel media to reach out to the un-reached through anointed books, tracks, and magazines etc.
This is part of the outreach arm. It will deal with broadcasting of the gospel of Jesus Christ through Radio and Television.
HAVILAH RESOURCE LIBRARY SERVICES
These are library services that shall be offered by the commission. This is an enlightening arm set for shedding light to nations worldwide both in secular, academics and Christian literature. (Prov 23:23)
HOSPITALITY ARM
The segment deals with Prisons and Hospitals, it preaches healing and liberation for Christ. It also distributes material support for the same in obedience the commandments of Christ Jesus. It distributes bibles and other Christian literature.
This is an arm that deals with raising celebrities in leadership and business management. It for empowering individuals with skills and knowledge designed to ignite their potential to let every individual in the body of Jesus Christ to die empty. The main aim is to promote and bring understanding of the ways of God (principles) in establishing professions under the umbrella of God’s protection. This is done through: -
§ Promoting personal productivity
§ Reconstructing value systems for productions living.
§ Propagating fundamental principles for social economic revolution.
§ Calling individuals to influence their world by raising a sleeping giant in them as they engage in productive labour.

The baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire is gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received subsequent to the New Birth. RESURRECTION OF THE JUST AND THE RETURN OF OUR LORD
The Angels said to Jesus’ disciple.”…this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him into heaven,” his coming is imminent. When he comes,”….the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with his saints, who shall be kings and priests”.
He shall rein a thousand year the (Acts 9:11, 1st Thes 4:16-17 and Rev 20:6).

Pacesetters are men and women of God who have gone ahead of us in faith to pave the way (faith generals-conquerors) as the Bible tells us that we should emulate them, standing on their shoulders to see higher and further (Heb 6:12). God through his word tells us that we should followers of them that have conquered and gone a head of us. We believe in the footprints and climbing the ladder of our great fathers in faith (Isaiah51: 12).

HELL AND ETERNAL RETRIBUTION.
The one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire and therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The lake of Fire is literal. The terms “eternal” and “everlasting” used in describing the duration of the punishment of the damned in the lake of Fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in denoting the duration of joy and ecstasy of saints in the presence of God. (Heb.9: 27 and Rev 19:20)

ABOUT THE MAN.
Prince Joseph Kato received a call in Kingdom service at the age of 16 years. It is revealed that when he was just born there were divine writings (tattooed) on his hard after delivery “this boy is set for the gospel to the nations. Take care of him” It rubbed off after some few weeks. Initially God had spoken to the mother in visions, dreams and local seers about the baby to be delivered. In his teen age. The Aunty (a strong) catholic nun wanted him to join a seminary as a potential priest but the Dad refused.
Prince Kato, the apostle of Jesus Christ
Prince Kato, an apostle of Jesus Christ, is a very un assuming man, with a great passion for God, a living testimony with an infectious Zeal for the kingdom service and expansion. He has served under numeral ministerial capacities in various fields (ministries) before God called him into a different platform as the presiding privileged director of His God given commission. He is a graduate of word of Faith Bible Institute in Nigeria and ICI (Global University) . He counts himself of no credentials other than desiccant kingdom service, addiction to the word of God and purity of motive.
He anchors his calling on Malachi 3:16-18 where he believes God has counted him faithful and sees himself serving under the same commander in chief Jesus Christ but in different battalions of raising kingdom celebrities (Jewels). His present out ministries include crusades, seminars and conferences, magazines and tracts. He is married to Hilda E. Kato and is blessed with two children, Taffi Gloria and David Wesley. He believes that turns, is always small of every great assignment (job 8: 7) He believes that there is a place called forward and that there is enough space in the sky to spread everyone’s wing. (Joel 2: 7-8) He strongly believes that among many other engagements in life, testing is crucial (Amos 3: 15) to enable to come out of the valley of indecision.
MAJOR ENVISIONED PLANS.
There shall be a Christian school based on Christian values and ethics. It shall provide scholarship for intelligent students from poor backgrounds. This shall also include polytechnics and other Technical Training institutes Centres.
REHABILITATION CENTRES.
There shall be rehabilitation centres or homes for drug addicted victims and street children.
MEDIA HOUSE.
There shall be a media centre for the entire community. There shall be in place a TV and Radio station. This will bring about sanity in comparison with our present world media houses which are hazardous to our horizon generation.
All these projects require funding from partners, Well wishers and Christian philanthropists who will see to it that the vision is accomplished.
CLUB 818.
This an economic empowerment programme that shall run by saints. (Deuteronomy. 8: 18). It will be a forerunner of a micro finance that will eventually calumniate into a bank. It shall see to it that the community is empowered financially through loans and grants for productive labour and investments. It shall also venture into ensuring of the curbing environmental degradation, digging boreholes for clean water for the community, education sponsorships (scholarships) building schools and hospitals and generally improving the standards of the community.
