My names are Jacob Luvai Peter. Born on 9th Aug 1956 in Kakamega District. I am the

third born in the family of ten. My parents, Luke Peter Mtego and Ruth Ingehi were peasants in a small town of Chavakali, West Maragoli. We moved from Chavakali to Kapkangani in North Nandi District. Currently I am residing at Kapkangani/Kaimosi plot no 1813. I am married to my one beloved wife, Beatrice, to whom God has blessed us with three children, Mary, Everlyne and Dennis.

 

From my childhood, my parents used to take me to Sunday school every time and that’s where I leant that “the wise and loving counsel of Godly parents makes up the fiber that holds families, communities and Nations together”

 

I am saved. God has appointed me a preacher, an apostle and a teacher nevertheless I am not ashamed for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that he is able to keep what I have committed to him that day.

 

CAREER AIM:        Family ownership of my present church means that revolving rewards is very   

                                scarce, Sometimes we do without.

                                I am therefore looking for a progressive project one that will develop on my skills and     

                                Experience in preaching, church planting, counseling, training and monitoring. And Allow  

                                me scope for upward movement.

                                fulfillment. Recruiting and training.

 

GOALS ACHIEVED: I am trained and ordained pastor [minister]

                                Five churches started and established. That is Molovi Baptist, Kakamega Baptist;              

                                Ikoli Baptist ; Calvary Baptist church.

                                Nairobi theological Bible institute, established.

                                Twelve [12] pastors trained and are active in the ministry.

                                I am pursuing a BA degree in biblical studies and counseling in education.
