BODY OF CHRIST MINISTRIES (BCM) MINISTRY is and organization that is fully committed to total development and equipping the welfare of the BODY of Christ. An apostolic MINISTRY committed to the healing and restoration of church leadership in the villages towns and cities of Kenya and other African Nations Psalm 117:17-21 and Mathew 28.
APOSTLE MOSES WEKESA WAFULA was born on 1st Jan , 1966 in Trans-Nzoia District , Rift valley province, KENYA (EAST AFRICA) He came from a family of 8 children, being the third born. Michael joined primary School in 1974 at Makhele, Primary School and later joined Kapsabet High School, but could not complete secondary Education for lack of school fees.
SALVATION AND WATER BAPTISM
I received salvation through a powerful miracle that God did in our family after healing our first born sister who had been sick for two years. A certain man of God preached to us and believed, he prayed for my sister then Jesus healed her on the sport. I was saved in 1976 by the Grace of God, My life changed from that time and all of our family I was eleven years.
MINISTRY WORK:
I started working in church in 1978 as a choir leader in 1982 I became a youth leader, in 1984 the lord called me one night, the spirit of God spoke to me that I was going to be a pastor and that I was going to preach to many people. Two years later (1986). I became a pastor. I planted one church at Bondeni. (the church is still their up to now) I was also a founder member of world revival and salvation ministries. I was promoted as an overseer in 1990, leading over 20 churches, District Evangelist in 1992 and in 1994 National evangelist and lastly National vice chairman (ass. Bishop) I was ordained with Apostle Peter White house when. In 1996 I attended a bible college International Accelerated Mission (IAM), I attained a Diploma Certificate after the completion of the course. I began praying and seeking God’s face the Lord directed me to start BODY OF CHRIST MINISTRY in the year 200. Currently I have planted 16 church 15 being in Kenya and one being in Uganda. I have a Board of Directors, Pastors, Evangelists, Women leaders and youth leaders in every District. I am also working with international Equipping MINISTRY (IEM) am the chairman OF Sabot Zone leading two hundred (200) pastors in my zone.
MARITAL STATUS
I am married to one wife Anne Muthoni Wekesa and we have one son called Christopher Wekesa. We are all serving God in this Ministry.
FAMILY AND MINISTRY NEEDS
i) Finance:- I being a full time Minister, my family trusts, the Lord to provide in any way. We also have a problem in raising school fees for our son Christopher who is yet to join university this year in September. God has blessed us with a small plot, but we still pray to have a bigger one in order to be doing farming so us to support God’s work
ii) Ministry Needs:-
We are praying to build a big church in our Ministry head quarters pastors to have bicycles to enable reaching easily to churches, leadership teaching materials our prayer is that if God can touch you to be prayer partner Psalms 133.
