MY LIFE AFTER SALVATION UNTIL MARRIAGE.

I gave my life to the Lord in the year 1986 in a Crusade at a place known as Maragoli.  When my dad heard that I had accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour, he rejected me for he was and still is a chairman and a man who leads people to perform rituals in our clan.  So he was against salvation and denied me my rights e.g. Education, Inheritance of property such as land, he sent me away from home and he told my brothers that I was not his son.  I was 14 years old at that time.  I decided to go to my uncle’s home who took me as their herds’ man.  Things were not all that good for me but God gave me the grace.

I married on 19th December 1999 and God has blessed us with three children, two boys and one girl.

EDUCATION

After my Primary School Studies, I joined a Technical School and did Masonry, Trade Test Grade III.  After that I was admitted in a Theological School known as Kenya Ministry Training Institute and was awarded a Diploma in Biblical Studies after a period of Two years.  I also attended Leaders Training for a period of 4 years and was given a Certificate in Leadership Training.  I attended Ministers Training Program which took four days and was awarded a Certificate.

MY VISION.

I am a founder of C.C.M.I. meaning Christ Commission Ministries International, our Vision is to Evangelize, To Plant Churches and Equip saints for the work of Ministry according to Mathew 28:19-20.  C.C.M.I. was founded in the year 2005.

C.C.M.I. is Interdenominational Evangelistic Ministry working with other Ministries with a goal of reaching the whole world with the gospel of Christ.

Apart from Church Planting, Evangelizing and Equipping Saints, we have the burden of helping the Orphans, Widows and the Poor in the society as a way of spreading the gospel too.  We are trusting upon God for 10acres of land to build a Home and a School for Orphans.

WHAT I AM DOING CURRENTLY.

(1).       I have planted one church in a place known as Mukhweya.  I am also preparing to plant a church at a place known as Madisi in the month of December. Pray with me as I prepare to plant that church because we need instruments and finances for the success of that mission.

(2).       I and my church members are helping the Orphans, Widows and the Poor in the community through Mercy gifts but we are not satisfied in what we offer to them because of the inability.

(3).       Evangelizing through Crusades, Witnessing door to door and person to person.

(4).       Equipping the saints for the work of ministry.

(5).       Working with other ministries with an aim of reaching to some who are holding to false doctrine e.g. Traditions & Ideologies, with the gospel of Christ.

CHALLENGES IN MINISTRY.

The challenges we face in the Ministry are:-

  1. We have difficult times in Evangelizing especially in Crusades due to lack of instruments.  We usually hire which is expensive for us.
  2. We lack the Materials for equipping the people who are getting saved, e.g. Bibles, Tracts and some books which can help them grow spiritually.
  3. We also suffer from means of Transport.
  4. We have a hard time in ministering to the Orphans, Widows and the Poor in the community due to lack of the ability.  We do try but we are not satisfied with what we offer to them.

I ask you to pray with us.
