NAME:           Apostle Andrew Juma Sakari

AGE:               40 Years

MARRIED:     Celestine Sakari we have been  blessed with 7 children 6 Girls and 1 boy.

                                 

 I was born in a religious family I’m the only child to my mum, I got education up to form four, and I could not continue because of school fees.

                                                                                                                 

In 1987 April my mum had a mental problem and she was mud going round villages and burning people’s house, which gave me a big stress inn my life, nobody help me or advise me on what to do on the issue, I tried all ways for my mum to recover to her normal status but all was in vain. In 1990, 11 September I accepted Jesus Christ ‘as’ my personal Saviour
when the preacher came in our church and preached Mathew 11:28 and I was moved , and when I examined myself I saw I was a sinner and I needed a help so Jesus Christ was the answer I broke into tears and that day my life change and I started moving towards God’s direction.

 

1991 I joined 8 brothers who was gathering in a shed and I started worship with them. even though I worship but I saw a vacuum in my heart and I started moving from house to house preaching the gospel and this made many people to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and joined the church. In that same year the lord send me to the neighboring village and before I went to that village I saw a vision I was preaching to one person under the tree, when I moved to that village that’s what happened and I started the church with one person and in 1994 the number was 80 adult and 98 youth and 120 children then the lord spoke to me to move from the village to Misikhu Town I gave myself to prayers and 1996 I started  the church with one family I and my wife so we started four people in a small rented house. Within this time God healed my mother and she was well and I let her to accept Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour  and I Baptized her even though she died in 1998.

 

Misikhu Centre Baptist church has started 5 churches in different districts and different tribes, crossing the culture the church is mission oriented and we major minority, tribes that have not been reached with the gospel.

 

The Lord has blessed us with a big plot whereby we plan to build children home to support orphans and less advanced children and street children.

 

Education

In 1994 I joined Kimilili Bible school there after I joined Kenya Baptist Theological College and obtained advanced certificate in theology, thereafter I up graded with advanced Diploma in Christian Education and recently I have graduated with master Diploma in Ministry and I’m doing my distance learning  for B.TH. with team work Bible college . God has called me beyond my village, country, and continent up to the entire world.

 

In 2004 the Lord spoke to me to reach out beyond a denomination so I started grace evangelism ministry of Kenya and was registered by the Government.

VISION:

To reach the lost with the Gospel massage of our lord Jesus Christ through evangelism and discipleship (matt 28:16-20)

 

MISSION:

Starting from our local churches, Kenya as a Nation, East Africa Central Africa to the entire world act 1:8

 

OBJECTIVES

  1. Prayer – Prayer has remained our number one Ministry priority in everything
  2. Evangelism: Door to Door, Open meetings (crusades) revivals
  3. Discipleship – Nurturing of the saved, raising, Training ,mentoring our Timothy’s
  4. Missionaries – Raising and sending them out to other cultures starting from Jerusalem
  5. Planting churches  wherever there is no spiritual church , Bible believing , we start a new church
  6. Support the needy : we serve the compassion of Christ and we meet the orphans, widows / widowers, street children less advantaged and mentally handicapped.

 

I have been moving in different parts in our country to plant churches and I been in Uganda and Tanzania and the work is going on, this year starting from 22nd November to 2nd December have a big conference and crusade in Misikhu Town and Next year April we shall be in Eldoret city and August Next year at coast province, we hope to move to Uganda, Tanzania, Congo and even Sudan are just some of the countries doors are already opened for me.

 

My prayer requests includes

 

  1. Partnership with other a apostles and international ministries for networking of this great ministry in Africa.
  2. Adoption of churches for Missionary exchange
  3. communication – internet, transportation accommodations
  4. Experienced ministries coming to conduct training with us and ministries holistically
  5. Establishment of an administration centre.
