WORLD HARVEST CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1999 IN A VILLAGE CALLED SHOZI KISORO DISTRICT AND LATER ON WAS EXPANDED TO WESTERN UGANDA. THE REGISTERED OFFICE IS SITUATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA KAMPALA.

THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS REGISTRATION STATUTE 1989. No. 4045. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION No. S.5914/4380 UNDER MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS. AND CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION No. 60739. UNDER MINISTRY OF JUSTICE.

WORLD HARVEST CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP WAS REGISTERED ON THE 7th DAY OF MARCH 2003 AND INCORPORATED ON THE 13th DAY OF OCTOBER THE YEAR 2003.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible and God’s revealed word to man.

We believe that Scripture teaches that there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe that man is a sinful being in need of redemption

We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God and the Son of man, that He came to save man from condemnation of sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who exercise faith in Him.

We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe the scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit the acts and attributes of an intelligent being and that the works of God such as creation, inspiration, giving of life, and sanctification are also ascribed to the Holy Spirit.

We belief in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.

We believe that baptism in the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it.

We believe that all mankind is subject to the death of the body as a result of original sin. The soul and spirit do not die, but immediately after death enter into a conscious state of happiness or misery according to the character here possessed by rejection or acceptance of the savior.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation.

We believe in the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer. 

THE AIMS AND OBJECT OF WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE.

To carry out the under stated programes in the manner that is conducive to the attainment of the objects of the company under the guidance of World Harvest Christian Fellowship.

b)      To transmit, propagate and deliver the gospel of Jesus Christ to the public places like Secondary schools, Hospitals, Prisons Market centres etc.

c)       To be in position of conducting Gospel by means of Crusades lunch hour

fellowships home to home.

The following will use logistics like films, recording tapes, Magazine plays, workshop etc.

d)      To establish and expand churches in the rural communities besides the city centres

          This will create an atmosphere of many people getting salvation.

e)       To conduct the related religious services.

f)       To sensitize and groom ministries for spreading and preaching the word of God and

perform other duties of the church.

g)       To administer to same organization or groups of disadvantaged people like orphans,

widows, marginalized, people living with disabilities, and people living with HIV/AIDS, etc.

h)      To collect and distribute equally any aid donation to the needy both local and

international.

i)       To acquire premises on which to carry out projects and activities that will be proved by

the company.

j)       To properly educate the ethics and morals with in the believers in the church.

k)      To look after orphans and street children whose parents died and whose parents are

affected with HIV/AIDS through promotion and initiative of schemes for education, accommodation, economic self-sustenance and community based welfare for youths.  – CPL WAS and Orphans.

To initiate, execute and promote programes or campaign to provide information and create awareness on AIDS to orphans and street children among the public.

To support community response towards AIDS prevention education and communication activities.

To offer care, emotional, physical and spiritual support to children living with HIV/AIDS and families.

To promote and sustain information on AIDS prevention education.

To offer counseling services to children with HIV/AIDS and their immediate families and to initiate and promote scheme for education, economic sustenance and community based welfare for orphans, street children and girl child.

To initiate, execute and or participate in programs and or campaigns intended to promote understanding and compassion for people living with HIV/AIDS with a view to eliminate the prevailing negative attitude towards people living with HIV/AIDS.

To arrange for and effective periodic evaluation of the activities of the ministry severely or singly as may be desired.

To engage in activities related to the above aims and objectives, and many others as may be deemed necessary by the situation.

To identify and classify quality standards for the advancement of social and economic development of the rural poor.

To rent and/or build houses and other buildings / structures for the better advancement of the objectives of the ministry.

To support self help among families and communities most vulnerable to clonic hunger and malnutrition through self-financing and integrated financial and educational services by means of direct services delivery and working with any other organization wholly or partly similar aims and objectives.

To provide training and non-formal adult education primary in the areas of healthy, nutrition /family planning, micro enterprise development, self-confidence development, community development, self help group, management and any other topics or areas.

To solicit for and procure funds by way of loans, donations or grants for the purposes of carrying out the objectives and programs of the ministry.

To acquire by purchase, lease, exchange hire or otherwise, lands and property of any tenure, or any interest in the same in Uganda for the benefit of the ministry.

aa)     To adopt such means of making known the ministry and its objectives as may be

expedient and in particular by advertising in the press, circulars by publication of books periodically and catalogues, and by granting prizes, rewards and donations.     

bb).   To establish or promote concur in the establishment or promotion of or to liaise with

any other ministry with similar in any manner calculated to advance directly or

indirectly the objects or interests of this ministry./

cc).    To enter into any agreement with the government authority or any foundation,

company, firm, body, organization or person. Howsoever described and who so ever situated or originating for doing of any thing that is conducive to the attainment of the ministry’s objects or any of them.

dd).   To do all other such things as incidental or which are conducive to the attainment of the

above objects.
