Apostle Andrew Wekesa Wafula
                                                                     

Greetings in the name of his beloved son Jesus Christ. My names are Apostle Andrew Wekesa Wafula ,Born in the year 1966 , I am the last born of the family of 5 children 3 boys and 2 girls. My father was a peasant farmer and my mother was a house wife .My father died in the year 1968 after the death of our father the life changed and our family began to experience things things that they couldn't withstand. My mother was forced to leave our home after 5 years after the death of our father because of the hostile conditions from her in-laws. Her departure worsened our lives more for we were young and among us no one could do anything to help others, the only solution was that some of them who were a bit older were to hire themselves like as house maids and herd boys .

In the year 1978 - 1987 my uncle took me to the school but because of school fees I was forced to drop out of school while in form 2 .I stayed at home for 7 good years digging the land which was only inheritance that our father had left us with. I was to work hard to help myself and also to assist my mum who had returned after staying out for many years.

The year 1993 I got married to my beloved wife Christine and I thank God for she accepted to stay with me just the way I was .God has now blessed us with 5 children one boy and four girls. The elder girl will be sitting for her primary Final Exam this year . 

SALVATION

Before knowing Christ, I really didn't know who Christ was and what he can do for those who believe in Him. I thank God because my wife was saved before we got married .Six month after our marriage, my wife was terribly sick and I tried the best I could to safe her life but all was in vain. Almost at the end of that year 1993 ,the man of God by the name Pastor Simon Choke was called to pray for her while in the hospital ward ,I remember that day I had lost all hopes for my wife to live again but when a man of God laid his hands upon  her, the following day ,she was up on her feet walking in the ward rooms .That is how I came to believe in the name of Jesus and that time I made a decision to follow him and serve him. The sickness of my wife brought salvation in my life.

In the year 1996,the Lord called me into full time ministry ,I have served under my spiritual leader from that time up to now. God has transformed my life and has put His words in to my lips. I have seem him bringing revelation whenever I stand to minister to His people and has also raised my wife into ministry work. She is the team leader of praise and worship team Amen and also a member of Intercessory group.

God has been using me not only in our own ministry but also in other ministries to assist my fellow servants to preach in the crusades and in church planting in the year 1998 -2002 i attended theological school and i was awarded diploma certificate .

MINISTRY

God has given me grace to teach the word of God in seminar and conferences ,He has also given me Mercy Ministry. We have a program where we minister to the needy children ,orphans and disadvantaged people in the community.

MY VISION

To establish village churches to teach the word of God to local people, to establish feeding centres  in the local churches. To begin home based care for the orphan children and the aged people in the village.

PLEA

If God God can direct His servant who has the same vision to stand with me in support of spiritual ,material and financial assistance to enable me accomplish the vision he has placed in my heart.
